Expert Forum for College Library and Public Library (Sichuan Province) held in Southwest Jiaotong University

Almost 300 delegates in more than 100 library attended this forum.
This forum has been held for 13 times, which has become a brand of Sichuan Cultural construction; and this is the first time open for public library. Zhang Qiu, Deputy Director of Tsinghua University Library made the first keynote speech, then several speeches by Sichuan Library were focused on public library.
