摘      要：The author reflects on his experience being interviewed by Blair Packham at the Humber College Summer Songwriting Workshop. He explained how his objective during that time was to write what is most authentic. Writing songs has a deeper purpose when created from the spirit of the artist, he stressed. Furthermore, he cited an example in which hopeless romantics write songs for other hopeless romantics to have an artistic representation.
